What the guarantee covers

All products purchased online on 1930diffusionecalzature.it and in our stores are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), valid for 24 months from delivery.

What you can ask for

If an item has a lack of conformity, you are entitled to:

• free repair or replacement;
• in the cases provided for by law, a price reduction or the termination of the contract with a refund.

How to report a defect

Write to info@1930diffusionecalzature.it within 2 months of discovering the defect, stating your order number or attaching your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Legal guarantee and right of withdrawal

The legal guarantee is separate from and independent of the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, described on the Returns, exchanges and refunds page.
